|TIMELESS TRADITIONS EMERGING ARTISTS FUND
Timeless Traditions is a lecture /concert series of traditional Indian culture, music and/or dance. The project's primary objective is to provide easy and unpretentious access to the artistic traditions of India via education and live performances to the local community, especially to the 'Next Generation' Indo Americans.
Through our 'Timeless Traditions' series, we present wonderful LOCAL artists that represent the arts and cultures of India. These events will feature YOUNG emerging artists as well as some renown masters /TEACHERS.
This gives the next generation and the community an opportunity to witness these events at very nominal costs in an intimate atmosphere and the freedom to interact with the artists at the Ektaa Center. -
In 2007 we presented Dominique Delorme, Prashant Radhakrishnan and Darshana Jhaveri
