Anjani
Gupta is a practicing artist and digital graphic designer. With a degree
in fine arts, she has been teaching art for the last four years in Irvine.
In addition she has been creating custom art pieces, working with different
media such as acrylics, oil and water colors. She has also uses traditional
Indian methods of painting such as Glass painting, Nib painting, Metal
embossing and carving. Art is her passion which she enjoys sharing with
the community; to fulfill this dream VisnArt was formed, to convert
vision into art.

RASHMI FITTER
Rashmi
has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She has been trained in many
leading yoga institutes in India. She frequently travels back to India
for further studies to refine her practice and work towards self-realization.
In Rashmi's class you will receive
personal attention in traditional yoga. She takes careful consideration
in training her students in difficult yoga postures with the use of props
to avoid injuries. Handouts are provided to continue practice at home.
In Rashmi's class you will learn
correct postures, proper breathing, meditation, relaxation, cleansing method
and therapy.
The benefits you will get are improved
posture, increased flexibility and stamina, general good health, reduced
stress, and a feeling of satisfaction and confidence.
Rashmi's students claim to have been
cured of headaches; back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain; sciatica; weak
joints; colds; asthma; constipation; and other ailments. They strongly
believe she's the best yoga teacher.
JYOTI PRAKASH MISTRY
Born
in 1970 Jyoti Prakash started learning tabla at a very early age
from his father Sri Nagendranath. As he proceeded with the musical activities,
he came under the tutelage of Pandit Abhijit Banerjee, one of the top ranking
tabla players in India, who is a veteran student of the Illustrious Guru
Pandit Gyan Prakash Ghosh.
Besides tabla, Jyoti Prakash has
also learnt other Indian Percussion Instruments under the guidance of Sri
Brojen Biswas, a well-known percussionist in India.
As a student Jyoti stood first in
many music competitions and was awarded the 'SANGEET BIVAKAR' (R.B.U.),
"SANGEET BISHARAD" (Chandigarh University). He is a regular performing
artist in All India Radio and Doordarshan (Television).
Jyotiprakash has conducted workshops
in West Bengal and was also being on the panel of judges for music competitions
arranged by Calcutta University
Jyoti Prakash has participated in
numerous music conferences in Calcutta and other cities of India with world
famous vocalist Pt.Jasraj and Kathak dancers like Smt.Sova Kosar of Jaipur
Gharana. He has also played with Flute Maestro Keshav Ghinde.Presently
he is appointed as the honourary director of "ARYAVI" , a music college
affiliated to Chandigarh University and also associated with other prestigious
institution like "RAG - ANURAG", and "Sangeet Bharati" affiliated to Allahabad
University in India.
Jyoti Prakash worked as an Assistant
Music Director for a Telefilm on Child Psychology for the Calcutta Television.
Jyoti Prakash also Played in the
most popular event "Emmy Award 05" USA.
Now he is teaching in prestigious
school DHWANI ACADEMY OF PERCUSSION MUSIC, in Sandiego, Irvine and
LA in the US, founded by Pandit Abhijit Banerjee. |
